Straight people love to pretend needing multiple partners or being asexual makes you queer because they see queerness as sexual deviance instead of a normal aspect of human love

Hear me out, we make a $5 coin so we can start going back to walking around with sacks of coins. Hell, maybe even some $10 ones too.

Then, if we could afford to buy drinks at a bar, at least we could pay in bags of doubloons!

"Harvard can't use race as a factor in admissions, but ICE can use race as a factor in detentions" is a retrenchment essentially to a pre-Civil War understanding of the Constitution. It's vanishingly few steps removed from "Latinos have no rights which the white man is bound to respect."

They used my papers so if you have those you should check.
Just a reminder to check for your name in this list of books that OpenAI trained from. If your name is there, they probably owe you several thousand dollars.

OpenAI cried that if everyone eligible author files, the company will go bankrupt, so I'm alerting every author I have ever spoken to.

Starbucks CEO pay: $96 MILLION
Starbucks worker pay: $15,000

Coca-Cola CEO pay: $28 MILLION
Coca-Cola worker pay: $14,000

CEOs used to make like 20x the average worker.
In 2024, the average CEO earned 632x more.

The system is rigged.

The clearest picture of corporate greed in this country is CEO-to-worker pay ratios.

At the 100 lowest-paying major US companies, CEO pay averaged $17.2M in 2024.

Median worker pay at these companies was just $35,570.

That’s a ratio of 632 to 1.

How can anyone defend this?

The upward redistribution of wealth over the past 50 years has shifted $80 trillion from the bottom 90% of Americans to the top 1%.

That’s $80 trillion that would have gone into the paychecks of the working class.

The greatest trick of all is trickle-down economics.

In no way should a U.S. Citizen be detained, anywhere, because of their protected speech (and neither should a non-citizen, to be clear). To do so is to violate an oath to the Constitution and the rule of law.

Even accepting the premise that AI produces useful writing (which no one should), using AI in education is like using a forklift at the gym. The weights do not actually need to be moved from place to place. That is not the work. The work is what happens within you.
