With as many i's dotted and t's crossed as we got, and they still were able to play the obstruction game to a T, how much do we think they'd have been able to pull with a much looser case? Why can't we hold the SCOTUS and corrupt judges like Cannon as the actual villains here?

essentially there is a fear by some Dems that the GOP could rewrite the constitution but as Phoenix Woman said, unlikely.
