New publication: risk factors for term pre-eclampsia are similar btwn overweight/obese & normal-weight women, except for overweight/obese Black & South Asian women. Maternal vascular assessment assists risk stratification for term pre-eclampsia.

We observed that 2017 ACC/AHA BP thresholds below the currently used "Stage 2 hypertension" were not associated with PTB, low birthweight, PPH, or NICU admission. This does not support implementation of lower BP values as abnormal in nulliparous pregnant women journals.plos.org/plosmedicine...
