So multiple health issues have kept me out of commission since September. I have been working at the part time teaching thing, but not much else. Still trying to do school, but had to drop some classes. I really want to make jewelry and things, but do not have the energy for anything.

So I will be applying for a Master's program in instructional design to give me more options for teaching in other contexts. I would love to make teaching a full time thing somehow.

Last week I interviewed at a local college for an adjunct position teaching new veterinary technicians. Today they called and offered me the job. I'm hoping I can do part time at current job and this job and then eventually not have to.wotk at my current job.

Thinking of doing chocolate calculations for my interview class. Discussions with housemates have also suggested other educational things at places like community centers. I can do jewelry, chainmail, world music, and maybe pet first aid. Would people be interested in those?

Reached out to former coworkers and they agreed to be references if necessary. I was told I would be great at that type of job. Hopefully the interviewers agree. #smallsteps

Never heard back from one job, which is disappointing but is what it is. Did hear from another job I applied to as an adjunct veterinary technician instructor, and have an interview for that on 1/30, so we'll see how that goes. Cross the crossables, please. #jobhunting

I just received notice that I was accepted for a vet tech scholarship that gives me some CE and lets me add some shininess to my CV. So that was a good thing to find out.
