Everyone contributes to the movement in the ways they see fit. Some get teargassed and shot with rubber bullets by rampaging cops, others offer notes online re: how the people getting gassed/shot might seem less deserving of getting gassed/shot to the general public. It's a coalition.

Where does he suggest I do my research if not the CDC? That’s what I pay them for?
When we had our first, we asked our pediatrician about the rumors about vaccines and autism, and this very nice man suddenly got tense and inhaled sharply and before he could even get his reply out we said "OK, that answers that!"

anyway calling these "war plans" when they were actually plans to blow up an apartment building full of civilians because the girlfriend of a guy we don't like lived there sounds more like "terrorism plans" or perhaps even more accurately "terrorism factory creation plans"
