I also note that *not once* did they report a loss. sure, sometimes profits were down year on year, but they never reported a loss, even during the GFC.

Note I am not a fancy maths wizard, so if anyone wants to check, I got all the numbers from the CBA website and then plugged it into the RBA inflation calculator (financial year). I am also not an accountant so I am not sure if each figure from each year represents the exact same thing.

Note that they didn't *lead* with this info on their update email or page - instead the info on acceptable customer behaviour and info on support for Domestic and Family Violence. Both of which are important--but changes to service terms such as "data prioritisation" should be highlighted.
