If I can deadlift 70+kgs/over my own weight. Carry 40+kgs. Surely I can do a pull up or set of pull ups? Honestly idk where I'd even try this and I haven't tried in years, I don't have a pull up bar or know where to safely attempt this without breaking like a structure or something silly 😅

If I could I so would adopt the one cat at the shelter I work at that is a multi year birth control calendar to me because my gyne adopted his sisters so I can track when I need replacement birth control by this cats age lmaoooo
