The past week has been dire fro Russian crude exports and the sanctions are clearly biting. The price has dropped almost $24 per barrel in the past two months.
The budget requirement the government set was $59pb, so it’s already vastly in deficit.

I’d be cautious about attributing it as China’s NGAD-equivalent 6th gen fighter though. I suspect more likely to be the 5th Gen regional bomber/strike fighter project sometimes called J/H-XX

I’d be cautious about attributing it as China’s NGAD-equivalent 6th gen fighter though. I suspect more likely to be the 5th Gen regional bomber/strike fighter project sometimes called J/H-XX
