Quanto aos ovos estadunidenses vs europeus, é questão de combate à salmonela com duas táticas distintas, lá fazem lavagem especial aos ovos (q em contrapartida perdem película protetora, daí a necessidade de frio) e por cá vacinam as galinhas, sem perda da película e daí sem necessidade de frio.
