One of these two candidates championed the workers for the city, including the parks workers when they were on strike, and it wasn’t the current park board rep. That tells you something. Vote Katie Cashman for Ward 7 please. And help us re-elect her. We v much need her to continue to represent us.
cashman in her closing statement says she stands up for renters and workers and immigrants and because of this it’s probably why she has a challenge

I have written and deleted a lot of posts but I keep thinking about how the brutal assassination of Minnesota State senator Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark, and their beloved dog Gilbert in June did not prompt this same level of calls for empathy, sympathy, and flags at half-mast.
