New technology is transforming how we monitor fish populations in hard-to-reach places.

With support from PSF, the Wild Salmon Center is working with First Nations partners to pilot 10 AI-powered salmon counting systems.

At the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, local stewards teamed up with Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) to restore habitat just in time for salmon. Support from PSF through Salmon Conservation Stamp funds made this project possible: psf.ca/salmonstamp/
