I suppose it's time to call it quits on Bluesky. If you can't comment on MAGA stuff & you can't comment on Dem stuff, then I guess I'll just sit this all out and watch from the sidelines. Apparently there are enough fighters for democracy who don't need my 2c.

When you take a step back, it’s genuinely stunning how far any of this is from anything Trump campaigned on. It aligns perfectly w Project 2025 of course, but in terms of Trump’s public rhetoric, this was totally absent.
Will be interesting to see how a state that shreds its own capacity to collect taxes can sustain global power status

I'm not going to criticize Jeff Stein for his opinion on this, but I really disagree with him here. I think what Bezos has done has destroyed the entire organization's credibility. None of us can ever know what stories he is interfering with behind the scenes.
