not to be overly candid/vulnerable online @mskellymhayes.bsky.social but pls I'm begging, we have lost a LOT of knowledgeable/experienced leadership to the point where I'm just shy of a decade of org (comparatively new!) and still feel like a de facto "elder" in many spaces. pls take a break!

respectfully, you probably still need a break! everything is an emergency all the time, but that reality is not going anywhere for a while. if you need a break, pls take one so you are still able to fight in april, june, next december etc.
