This is the right move. Parents and guardians should determine religious instruction for their children. Not public schools.

Here’s to hoping I don’t have to pull out the mom look again any time soon!

I am hopeful for sunnier days ahead for Oklahoma teachers, students and families.

It’s heavy. The contrast between today and yesterday hurts my heart.

We are one nation. We are all Americans. We are all human.

United we must stand.

Today, I remember and honor the lives lost on 9-11-2001.

I wish all the families, today and yesterday, peace and light. /end

if our tax dollars were used to create and distribute the video.

I love our city, and this is not okay.

The Governor needs to remove his offensive video and issue an apology to the people of our city. Full stop.

Don’t hate the 918.

The governor’s anti-Tulsa propaganda video is deeply offensive.

It is an interesting move to attack a city in his own state. Especially one whose economic impact is a critical driver of Oklahoma’s success.

I have to wonder 1/

Lilly fought for fair pay for women in the workplace, taking Goodyear all the way to the US Supreme Court (a case she lost on a technicality) but which umtimately led to the passage of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009.

Yes, 2009.

What do you think, Tulsa? Do we need something like this? I’m thinking YES.

Today, on Social Security’ 90th birthday, I was honored to visit with Gayle during AARP’s celebration at Life Senior Services near 51st and Sheridan.

To quote one speaker- Social Security is where we must draw the hard line. No changes. We’ve earned it.
