My evangelical family rushed to forgive my pedophile uncle. The entire extended family now has a rift in it where the 2 sides ( those forgiving the pedophile vs. those excommunicating the pedophile) are no longer speaking to eachother. Grandmothers stopped talking to their grandchildren over this.

I had thought about starting a jogging club. Like a daily jogging club that loops by ICE to try to get normal folks to join and see the facility in their backyard. Less of a protest and more of a daily awareness parade, like when there was JFPK events, to bring people to site.

You dont know every person in the country. And also! You being worthy of love is not dependent on other people. Its true whether or not other people exist at all. You are innately worthy of love, just within yourself.

They settled this in court already (The Supreme Court case Castle Rock v Gonzalez) they aren't here to protect you.

There's a book called "this nonviolent stuff'll get you killed" thats pretty good.
There's Nat Turner and John Brown. Both of them were good.
There's Bacon's Rebellion and the Haitian revolution. Both of those things were good.
Historically, there's a lot of precedence for "good violence".
