This is such a loss for the UK- we need to future proof vaccine development. Without this we lag, don’t make the most of our science excellence and are left trying to buy in the latest innovations at great cost
AstraZeneca, Whitehall, and a failed £450m deal for the next generation in vaccines. What went wrong?

Unless Keir Starmer and his new Public Health Minister reads and understands this, nothing will change in the Infection Prevention and Control of airborne disease in the NHS or throughout the country. Sad to say I don’t expect it to.

The government downgraded health from ‘individual’ to ‘community’ responsibility and washed their hands of COVID. Do not wait to be informed, it might never come.

Awful as these comments are, do you not ask why they've surfaced now, when Andrew Gwynne is caught up in a controversy over the government's denial that #Covid transmission is airborne that flies in the face of the WHO @who.int? One of the easiest, most visible ways to resist is to mask

Safeguarding your health is more important than ever. It’s easier to fight back when you’re not chronically ill

It shows you care about disabled & marginalized individuals

It tells government you won’t be complicit in the harm of others
