The classic. I know that's the exact recipe of the original one, every place has its own recipe though and I'm chasing that Plaza Azteca flavor lol. I add some sour cream for thickness, a ton of fresh garlic, and diced pickled jalapenos with a bit extra brine from the jar.

What recipe do you use? I've been experimenting with one for years but it honestly still feels more "inspired by." First time I've ever seen white sauce in the wild honestly.
