Excellent thread about the UK Supreme Court judgment on the definition of sex as used in the Equality Act 2010 (which is what the case was about). Very welcome depth and nuance in this analysis
Back at work today, and full of thoughts about the Supreme Court judgment last week. It’s much more nuanced than it might seem at first glance, and it’s hard to cut through the vitriol around it. That’s understandable - it’s obviously very emotive. I’m going to try break down the legal principles.
