This parroted narrative of Claudia Sheinbaum's government being a narco-gobierno is the same hook used by the Trump regime to justify the extrajudicial sea assassinations in Venezuela.

RIGHT WING FORCES WITHIN MEXICO WANT IT INVADED BY THE US BECAUSE THEY CAN'T WIN ELECTIONS. IT'S A TRAP.

He preferred his own men, personally selected by him, for personal protection tho, and sadly they couldn't stop his assassin. THE ORGANIZED CRIME KILLED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS GIVING THEM HELL, NOT SOME SHADY CUARTA TRANSFORMACION LED "NARCO GOBIERNO" LIKE RIGHT WING OUTLETS WANT YOU TO BELIEVE.

Manzo was fully left wing! He wasn't building big jails to lock up marginalized people. He was just trying to defend his people and fight crime organizations up front in a different route from the "official" federal government. He received support from the feds nonetheless; National Guard officers.

Also, to clarify, Carlos Manzo, the recently assassinated mayor of Uruapan, was critical of Morena, yes. BUT MANZO WAS ALSO CRITICAL OF THE RIGHT WING PAN PARTY AND THE CORRUPT PRI PARTY, AND THIS IS A THING FREQUENTLY DOWNPLAYED BY RIGHT WING OUTLETS. He was not a "Bukele".

This media smear campaign also ties up big with the case of Ricardo Salinas Pliego, owner of Television Azteca, who owes decades of taxes and has recently been forced by court to pay up all that tax evasion he owes to Mexican people (and even US' people!)

Look that up. That should be bigger news.

The coverage is being amplified by wealthy right wing business owners, politicians and media outlets they own. If you don't believe me, research a bit into this and FOLLOW THE MONEY.
November 19, 2025 at 10:42 PM
Also keep in mind if you ask instead your rich affluent privileged politicized Mexican business buddy he might lie and exaggerate to you what just happened this weekend, because he's most likely afraid he will finally have to pay taxes like everyone in this country, specially working class, has to.

You (US-Americans mainly) are all so stupidly gullible if you believe the online bots current amplifying this narrative.

Ask MULTIPLE humble Mexicans themselves for a direct opinion, but be mindful that many are being brainwashed by mainstream media, mainly television but also social media.

I live in Mexico City and nothing has changed (it's bad, yes, but NOT BAD LIKE FOX FUCKING "NEWS" WOULD LIKE YOU TO BELIEVE), nor there are riots (the small group of provocateurs even failed to get to the National Palace and set it on fire) nor the president has suddenly become extremely unpopular.

For people with an already good sense of ethics (not very common) I wouldn't consider adjustment because that would imply a lack of moral fiber, integrity and changing principles.

But one can allow a brief momentary suspension just enough to critically consider fiction without getting scandalized!

Sensing these things online... Frustration? Maybe, very rarely. Anger? Barely. Of course that IRL would be very different, specially because interaction online filters out so much.

Also, a 2 seems fitting lol
Being an author of a recognizable comic might intimidate some people, but you seem nice |3
