Real authorities don't say you "could be arrested." They arrest. This is a bully and a coward with no authority or jurisdiction hoping to spew enough legal sounding terms to intimidate law-abiding citizens. End this occupation.
I think it is probably a bad idea to put clearly unhinged, angry psychopaths in federal law enforcement positions.

I guess that's how it works now. Masked feds shoot people then leave the crime scene. That's what the shooter in Minneapolis did too. He did gesture to his buddies to call 911 first which was thoughtful.
