One thing I was sure of that's been proven right is there's no punishment to deal breaking beyond the deal being nullified. So we can stop talking about Vaggie's “deal”. They never even shook it was just to establish deals as a thing if you hadn't seen the pilot.

Also, that since Lilith is calling now, she was indeed enjoined by a deal to protect Charlie and Lucifer to have no contact with hell, and couldn't answer her phone till peace was established. I do think she may be redeemed also.
