From where we stand, winner-take-all is the *biggest* problem in this country. It's filled our politics with hate and dysfunction and has created all sorts of unfair policies that most of us didn't want.

Yes and no. Winner take all voting, as opposed to proportional representation, is a key problem in this country.

From where we stand, winner-take-all is the *biggest* problem in this country. It's filled our politics with hate and dysfunction and has created all sorts of unfair policies that most of us didn't want.
