Vegan Black Bean Soup!

- black beans (2 cans or 1 bag dry)
- onion+garlic
- tomatoes+chilis
- 1 cup sweet corn
- stock
- taco seasoning

For dry beans, soak overnight. Sauté onion and then put everything together in a pot. Cook for an hour on medium low. Mash or blend, serve with bread/sour cream.

I've been deep in the Despair lately as a lot of us are but last night I saw a KISS cover band at a local bar and as soon as they opened up with Creatures of the Night I felt 10,000 spoons restored to my soul and remembered that life is incredible actually.
