Grand Central Station, a woman, familiar, yet unfamiliar passes by, a silk scarf falls to the ground, I pick it up, hand it back. She nods, smiles a disconcerting smile. I can’t place the face, but… “Come on, Louise” a voice beckons. And then I know. And she knows I know. The tilted nod. Gone.
