Teaching (business) professor by employment, but really just wants to pursue my hobbies and sleep a lot.
Will nag you to wear sunblock 🧴🇨🇦
I completely forgot she was 22. 😳
That’s wild.
The extreme power imbalance plus so young? 😢
I spend most of my time teaching young people aged roughly 18-22 and their frontal lobes are noticeably not yet developed. AWESOME human beings, but can be vulnerable and deserve protection.

Oh I dunno maybe because you do have to be fucking crazy on a level to put up with this shit for your entire career and not walk away bsky.app/profile/chan...
In the meantime, he got the professional networking opportunity, and I didn’t. And Lawrence Krauss gets to write nasty things about me in the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times gets to write about me like I’m a crazy queer bitch who hates men.

That’s the other side of these emails

As an autistic person with a lot of awareness of my naïveté, maybe I just like telling myself they’re bots because I might never be able to handle just how weird and petty and jerks some people are 😂
What I do to survive online, I want to give others 🧡 If that makes sense! 🤣

I would say that looks a lot like bots.
Either that, or some people are even weirder and more jerks than I realized.
Sorry. You deserve better.

You look cute in both pictures.
Also, why do eyes have to age, too? It feels unfair somehow. Sigh. 😮‍💨

Also, I’m quite confused by the ads that Prime Video is showing us.
We don’t drink — ad for gin
I’m allergic to perfume — add for laundry perfume
We’re super pro-environment & a one-small-vehicle family by choice — ad for a absolutely massive pickup truck

So weird 🤷

Yup! I’m a professor with a husband and son, but because I’m high masking (at great personal cost) I’m literally never given grace for anything.
It’s just brutal.
I try my best to use this as fuel to extension grace and compassion to my students and my family.
