We are starting to combine Lightsheet microscopy with MRI. We want to study how pathology affects brain circuits and connections. This is a multidisciplinary effort with some amazing computational and imaging scientists. Here is an AD mouse model image by Kate Onuska and Kelly Summers. Stay tuned
