Block anyone that annoys you directly.
Mute anyone who seems to be targeting people.

Some of the best parts of Bluesky are that the block button actually works, there's no ragebait, no constant addiction to scrolling—it's just peaceful.

It's kinda heartbreaking to see so many artists being like "can I post about OCs and not just fanart?", "can I talk about other stuff?", "can I post often?" because the other hellsite literally punished you for doing...normal things you do as an artist - as a person, even.
