I did learn that her favorite ice cream was Cookies n’ Cream. She thought the golden Oreo pointed out as something new to try was a bit much. I tried.

I can’t imagine it’s going well one on one. One woman approached me while I was in line getting ice cream within kids. Didn’t have any points to sway for the repeal apart. The impression I got was that they see the reasons as so self-evident there is no need to persuade.

The tables are littered with prompts and helpful guides along with all the supplies anyone could need.

Last night it was packed with all type of zinesters and set by Chubby Bird (with a zine of their lyrics so we could follow along).

Hopefully she can bring her craft to the governor’s race. This election year needs real time parody songs, preferably from the candidates themselves.

I was hoping for her to show up and do her song. It was a fun time without, but it could have been amazing

was gonna mic-drop there but actually i just thought:
34) finishing creative projects is a skill in and of itself. if you want to be able to finish large, complex projects, you have to _practice finishing things_. which usually means doing smaller projects.

Thankfully, I just rooted around and found some samples from a seminar years ago that I forgot about. I forgot how nice they are in the hand. (And they still work!)
