You can if you live in council house with your mother and brother who also get disability benefit plus child benefit for your younger sister. But my points are a) the job centre encourages these claims and b) it’s a trap. She wants to work but is afraid it won’t work out and she loses benefits.

It’s very simple. UC basic amount £300 a month. UC if permanently signed off work with mental disability £750 a month. And job centre encourage you to apply. This is my son and girlfriend’s situation. But she’s now trapped. If she tries for work and it doesn’t work out she could lose benefits.

One good thing about 50 years ago. You didn’t have miserable old bastards moaning all the time about how much worse everything is. Because most of them had died of cancer and heart attacks already. Happy days.

I know you’re a lifelong Labour supporter Peter but Starmer does not belong in the party. He may have good intentions but his instincts are all wrong. Time to support the Green Party!

Fair comment. Arteta has improved things a lot but it’s frustrating because
Liverpool were there for the taking today. Run their crap full backs and get a pass into gyokeres or merino or rice arriving late. Madueke bright but doesn’t pass enough and martinelli was very poor today.
