They have a contingency fund to ensure it’s covered in the event of a shutdown.
They’re refusing.
Grocery stores stepped up to try and help by offering discounts to any SNAP recipients and the USDA told them they had to stop.

Can anyone explain to me how Trump can deploy troops to Los Angeles no matter what the governor or mayor say, but somehow it was Nancy Pelosi who needed to send the National Guard to DC on January 6th and Trump was powerless to do anything about it?

One might not become the smartest or greatest at something in life. Though we, at the very least, were required to show our work and cite sources. When AI retains knowledge vs. a human, how will one expand thought? A thought, everything built ends with a pay wall.
