Imperfect Daoist.
That would be nice to see! I guess I will have to dip back into it.

Lots of businesses remodeling but not so many apartments.

The foreign bookstore, New Pages, has been turned into a noodle place. Russian and fake Russian stores popping up in almost every mall except Taikoo.

Staff in gold shops seem a little too happy. But a new bar is about to open.

Yes, but you weren’t making just that argument in your piece were you.

I take the article to say AI is like VR or something. They keep trying to force it on us but there is no genuine demand for it.

Second. I don’t get the dig on LLMs being based on probabilities. All neural networks are based on probabilistic. At least all artificial neural networks m.

And we know from AlphaGo and now AlphaEvolve with matrix multiplication that neural networks are capable of actually surprising us.

I’m not sure I get this piece. First, it’s not like VR or even atomic power in the west; there is demand for it. Gemini has 400 million active monthly users. OpenAI more. Being based in China m, I mostly know people that use Kimi and DeepSeek. This is, apparently, something people want.

Like a filibuster or two or getting detained at a protest. Stuff like that is more appealing than maybe some of them think.

I think a lot of the people making these sort of critiques are the say it and it will manifest types.

To be fair, the idea that Dems should just focus on the economy and win on that issue leaves a bit to desired. I don’t they expect Democrats to achieve anything. But they expect a noble gesture.

Just glad she re-emerged. Hope they stay safe.

I have been wondering the same thing, looking at the set she uses, trying to find a hint. But the simplest theory is that she is in Spain.

That’s where she reportedly moved. But my wife thinks she probably moved on to the US. Just because of he daughter’s citizenship.

How that happened I have no idea, but it was serious enough for them to take administrative actions. And I am actually shocked to find out two decades after the fact that no one was charged.

I don’t think the Navy is more prone. They might end up getting convicted more often. I just looked up an improper contract case from my youth at Nellis. Something about the Thunderbirds. Was a General named Goldfein. Anyways, dude ended up NOT being convicted.
