Politicians and rich people only condemn violence as "political" when it kills someone rich and famous.
When trans people are targeted for violence by the state or by right wing influencers, when immigrants are racially profiles and put in camps, when protestors are brutalized, that's just normal.

Yes! I've worked in school maintenance and construction for 10 years and those are the two people I get to know first and best at every project. They might not have hiring and firing power but having them on board is the only way to be successful.
