On tiny dog figurines found buried under a palace in Nineveh, Iraq are inscriptions that seem to be names.

so many people who stay silent about, and make no personal effort to educate themselves on, modern genocides and ethnic cleansing have been giving it one hell of a “holocaust memorial day 😓☹️☹️ so terrible” show…as if they’re not spitting in the faces of everyone who suffered, insulting their memory.
