ABC never, ever should have settled that Trump lawsuit.

All they succeeded in doing was showing him that they’ll be willing to pay to make a headache go away.

Now that Trump’s team knows that for certain, now they know they can do it going forward.

This lawsuit was a proving ground.

A Constitution is simply a piece of paper that we choose to imbue with power. It only works because we all agree it does.

There’s evidence to suggest that the upcoming Administration does not feel the same way.
More that 120 Democratic lawmakers have called on Biden to take a key step toward protecting millions of Americans from Trump’s far-right agenda by ratifying the Equal Rights Amendment. A constitutional guarantee against sex discrimination would strengthen the protection of reproductive rights.
