Crime is good for business OK. Recently my force moved some officers off of the Murder Teams because there'd been a drop in the number of homicides. I've got a mortgage to pay.

And the 'most prolific' comment come from a copper talking g about the scale of what they suspect he's done rather than the small number of offences he was convicted of since they were not able to identify all the victims he'd filmed.
