I was in a good mood all day after this. In some ways it's so dumb, but this just makes me so happy. Here's hoping we get a physical media release as well.

Increasingly getting "dot com bubble" vibes from AI. Could easily be the trigger for the next major recession.
Trump does not know how to make “deals”. He knows how to dictate terms. Not the same thing. That’s why I was annoyed when I saw this headline in the @nytimes.com on Thursday. It’s again adopting Trump’s misuse of language. When there’s a “deal,” both sides confirm. “Trump says” is not a deal.

I wrote this just before the OBBB passed.
Don't sleep on the idea that this bill will be the high-water mark of Trump II (sort of like how Gettysburg was the high-water mark of the Confederacy).
I don't know why I feel that way. I'm hardly an optimist. But something about this feels like that to me.

Good intervention from @brianbeutler.bsky.social demonstrating that liberals need to internalize and act on the idea that right wing bad faith actors "view liberal freedoms as loopholes to exploit in their pursuit of power."

MAGA will say that people booed Hulk for his support for Trump. But PLENTY of other WWE wrestlers supported Trump like Roman Reigns, the Undertaker and Logan Paul and the WWE fans don't have them on the same level they hate Hulk.
Just thinking about how Hulk Hogan was booed out of the building during WWE's debut on Netflix, and he was never seen again.
This, his destruction of Gawker, and his RNC appearance endorsing Trump, will be his lasting legacy.
