I've actually been working on it shortly after I left the SAMMI team, as I had so much I wanted to do for SAMMI but ultimately things kept getting in the way.

Been working on V3 to make setup a little easier as I know it was a big problem, mostly with the WebSockets.
Also added an Import/Export User Variables option
V3 will be available on Ko-Fi and my GitHub soons

hey! if I send you an invoice, shut the fuck up. do not mention NSFW stuff or even the word "furry" or anything, Paypal is company of dickbags searching for any excuse to harass creators. using invoices is the smartest/best/safest way of working as a comm artist, and this is explicit targeting

If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

Due to these changes & various other things I quit the moderation team in the SAMMI discord and my fellow admins have also quit today. I encourage anyone familiar with SAMMI to read these documents, form your own conclusions and consider whether you still want to keep using SAMMI

Recently several SAMMI devs quit the program and it was taken over by one particular developer that is very much pro AI. He has a history of AI use and has recently changed policies relating to AI in the program development space.

If you use or were considering using SAMMI, switch to a different program.
The new sole developer is extremely pro-AI, has already started using it in the code, and is in support of its use for genAI images as well. Everyone who protested this was told to leave the server and stop using SAMMI.

I know Cloudflare adds a lot of convenience for site owners but god. It’s scary how much sites these days depend on their services to run, and how easily they can and will just cut off access to users
