@laresistencianw.bsky.social would you please consider toggling on the alt text reminders in settings, and adding them to your graphics?

I know y'all are busy but adding the alt text reaches more people with disabilities, using screen readers, etc. and are looking for ways to help from home.

Also, just mentioning that Microsoft are still a BDS boycott primary target, so even if you don't care about a mega-budget AAA game cheaping out and using generic AI-generated art, you should care because the publisher *called the FBI* to investigate their own staff for anti-genocidal sentiments.

Walter Rodney in particular wrote the very helpful "How Europe Underdeveloped Africa" I recommend to almost anyone asking where to start reading about leftism. Not because it's a communist primer in particular but it helps to understand the incredible scope of colonial violence.

I'm currently playing a game that has such highly repeated dialogue while I'm running around that I'm debating playing the game on mute if I'm not actively in a cutscene. It almost seems like a glitch or something it's so frequent.

Moving the health and well-being of the collective to instead be an individually based responsibility has occurred before, and it was after the ravages of a pandemic. Which ALSO coincided with a rise in fascism. What's old is new again!
