I was once briefly the unfortunate owner of a PT Cruiser convertible. The boot was shallow and the lid opened outwards and then hinged up, making it very difficult to get anything in without crouching under the lid. You could fold the seats down but there was a strut brace across the opening.

But did you have to do it so slowly that you didn't get caught speeding in Hunterville?
