To introduce myself: You can call me Platinum or Comet, either is fine. I got my start in the Kirby fandom, and now usually dwell in the OSC.

Genuinely the worst thing about having to do your own audio editing is when you record each line several times and it more than triples the length of the audio file compared to the length of the actual episode.

If you're going to use social media of any form, do yourself a favor and *never bookmark the home/discover tab.* I personally always bookmark either my own page or my subscriptions in YouTube's case.
It will save you many ruined mornings where you get recommended that one thing you didn't ask for.

I think people think that art taking a long time to learn means like a month or maybe a year and not an ever expanding process that progresses with you the entirety of your time drawing. You don't "finish" getting good at art because that's not the freaking point.

If I can spin one bright side from all this "future of the internet"-related tension, it gives me a valid reason to spend more time doing anything else with my time besides rotting away binging after work.
More time spent with loved ones and doing things that matter to me is a much needed positive.

I have emotionally been in the trenches for a while. It's oftentimes way too easy to feel like my own efforts are for naught in the grand scheme of things. But we've gotten this far, and I'm not giving up the fight that easily.
