Illinois DMV is a complete cluster - ignorance and incompetence is next level. I love IL - lived here for 25 years and retiring here. I hope our Govt leaders will take the long overdue action to overhaul the IL DMV @duckworth.senate.gov @govpritzker.illinois.gov
