Having worked in trans minor healthcare I have many thoughts. One big takeaway—doctors, hospitals, healthcare admin is heavily disincentivized from sticking their neck out to provide this care from even minor pushback or risk and will dump it in a heartbeat if threatened

Having worked in trans minor healthcare I have many thoughts. One big takeaway—doctors, hospitals, healthcare admin is heavily disincentivized from sticking their neck out to provide this care from even minor pushback or risk and will dump it in a heartbeat if threatened
Best: Vegas (you can smoke in the little slots rooms in the airport)
Worst: Berlin Schönefeld, absolute nightmare of Soviet design that is cramped and confusing. Although it’s apparently been closed down to make space for the new airport so I don’t really know if that counts anymore

I have no strong opinions about an election that’s like a year away, but I do feel like I’m going insane because I remember Biden saying he was just gonna run to defeat trump and wouldn’t seek a second term. Did that just never happen, did I make that up
