Hiya. I make pizza 10 hours a night 7 nights a week for a small independent pizza business. Maybe I will post about that. Am only doing it for myself. I have no expectations of actually being followed by anyone..

Another 1/4 size personal pizza.. I make them to test the dough even tho the result is not the same because I stretch the dough very thinly

Sometimes after someone orders a pizza, I will recreate the same pizza for myself so that I can see how it is. This is a fire island without Canadian bacon.. i skimped on the goat cheese cause I ran out and couldn’t find the new pack.. so I skimped on the goat on my own mini version
