Any other dysfunctional sleepers out there? I often sleep for 4-5 hrs & wake up feeling rested. I’ll try to fall back asleep by listening to a mindless podcast. After an hr or so I give up and turn the light on and read for an hour. Then I might get 1-2 more hrs of sleep before walking for the day.😵
