Managed to also incorporate and sync my Obsidian vault to my old ThinkPad X1 that I use with ChromeOS Flex. And with this Copilot plug in, I'm able to have direct conversations and brainstorms within the vault itself on my writings and directions for research. This is so exciting. #AcademicSky

There’s something magical about that fleeting time of day, the kind that blurs the line between sunrise and sunset. It’s when that shade of yellow emerges, painting the garden in hues that give every leaf a story, every shadow some context. That's the palette of colour I'm drawn to. #photography

I keep many of my explorations and writings inside #Notion, but their lack of free AI usage prevents me from really scaling my work. So here I am duplicating one of my writings from Notion to my #Google Workspace, just so that the file can be better integrated with #LLM platforms for explorations.

I have to say the #Copilot Daily from #Microsoft is a fantastic use case. Just listened to the series of summaries after arriving at the office to help set up my day. I like how it sets a particular tone, a kind of preparedness. Listen to the news, understand the contex, and get to work.

Christmas morning well spent with #Fortnite, playing their Lego worlds and completing simple sim quests to gather enough coins to build a new house. I love that the game gives more accessibility to different kinds of play, no longer tied to a simple goal of winning and shooting.

It's been a journey to find a specific voice when it comes to colour photography. Too attuned to space and lighting that taking photos in colour can feel rather foreign on the camera. But I'm really happy with this moment with the #Nikon Zf, I love the warmth that comes from the light. #photography

Recently installed #ChromeOSFlex on my old ThimkPad laptop and it feels so snappy and easy to use. Great for light work and easy on the battery. Surprised there's not many Chromebooks here in Singapore.

Would have never expected Mariah Carey to be featured on #Fortnite. There's conversations about the game having its own existential, generational crisis. I see it in the way it tries to cater to both sides of the spectrum. In any case, I'm excited to get kills with Mariah.

Purchased my first secondhand lens: the Nikon 20mm f2.8-D. Spending time with the lens almost feels like going on dates right after you've decided to be together. I'm starting to realise that part of the experience for using a secondhand lens involves embracing it in full. #photography

We always make a point to try out the climbing gyms wherever we travel. For #Taipei, it was interesting to see how families take over the space for their kids. A new form of tuition.

Just going back to #Discord now exploring their shop. Feels like there's a bit of a miss in their pricing, two cosmetic skins valued at $17USD ($22SGD) is quite steep. Perhaps I'm not too invested in the platform, too many conversations I haven't touched and rekindled.

My partner and I went to #Taipei Main Station that day and joined the ritual of sitting on its cold floors, bentos in hand, sharing a simple lunch. I couldn’t help but notice the quiet presence of many homeless individuals around us, watching.
