My maternal grandmother made this angel a good 40 years ago. I've had it for many years to put on my own Christmas tree. However the years have caused it to droop. I starched the halo and wings today. She looks much perkier! I can't imagine my tree without this treasure.

Today is my second day without any Prednisone since I was put on it 8 months and 1 weeks ago for a rather large rheumatoid arthritis flare. I'm feeling stiff but no pain. I am so proud and never want to go on that stuff again!
