I personally feel that Visa and Mastercard should get out of the censorship game altogether.

But while there are in it, they should be censoring bullies (who cause active harm) at least as vehemently as they are censoring spicy artists (who harm no one).

We can and should call them about their decision to endorse TPUSA and its policy of bullying.

If I can’t buy Diablo 2 on Steam, why can someone donate to TPUSA to bully teachers or trans people?

In seriousness, though, we're analyzing the new text but this package looks like a mess. The new KOSA text is confusing... the removal of the unworkable Duty of Care is positive, but other changes are just ... weird? Other bills in the package would mandate age verification and look disastrous.
