I did have the thought this morning that the funniest possible path to single-payer health insurance in the US would be to nationalize the health insurance companies...we're taking stakes in Intel and Nvidia...why not do something useful?

If the DOJ gets deference from courts on this point, it would be disappointing. If the DOJ doesn’t want to be so busy, then federal agents should stop violating the law.
