In my job I have the pleasure to work with people from the majority of federal agencies. Hearing of so many good people fired this morning, primarily across HHS. Entire programs designed to help ALL Americans have been gutted. ALL Americans will suffer.

For the record, as a 16-year Fed, I’ve already always had to formally:
- check in and out each day with my Chief of Staff
- send a daily work task list to my supervisor
- submit monthly reports to my supervisor
- attend status calls with my supervisor and manager
There IS lots of accountability.

Tomorrow, feds processing your passports, feds processing your social security applications & checks, TSA and FAA agents, park rangers, VA doctors, border agents, food inspectors, etc will halt their work to reply to this mandate. This is on top of agency task tracking already in place for decades.
