It is not just that health insurance costs a lot. It is that in the United States, it is one of the single largest profit centers, and nobody with power has an incentive to fix it, because they're all making money off it.

I feel as if we are all just waiting to see if and when Congress reins in this madman's out of control narcissistic power show.
In the meantime doing what I can to support dems and let my elected officials know how we feel in this voting and donating household.

Maybe this is just me but if I had to periodically take a test where they showed me a picture of a giraffe and I had to say "that's a giraffe," I think I'd probably keep that to myself

How about Russia gets all the way out of Ukraine, returns all the Ukrainians (children and POWs) to Ukraine, pays for all the damages, submits their war criminals to court and shuts the fuck up from now on because that's a plan I can get behind
